Appendix 4C Cashflow Statement
and Quarterly Activities Report
31st
July 2026, Brisbane, Australia: The Calmer Co. International Limited (ASX: CCO) submits
the following Activities Report and Appendix 4C Cash Flow Statement for the three-month
period ended 30th
June 2026.
Highlights
• Quarterly revenue of $1.72 million, with strong retail growth in Australia partially
offsetting the timing of wholesale orders following increased Q3 shipments.
• Retail revenue increased 24% QoQ to $779,879, driving Australian revenue up
22% to $965,922, underpinned by continued leadership in the Coles stress
category and price increases.
• United States revenue of $695,536, contributing 41% of Group revenue,
reflecting the timing of wholesale and B2B orders following strong Q3
shipments.
• Wholesale and B2B sales of $305,740 for the quarter.
• Cash receipts from customers increased 15% QoQ to $1.88 million, with net
operating cash outflows improving 9% to $802,000 and cash of $633,000 at
quarter end.
• Inventory (including prepaid) maintained at $1.5 million, positioned to support
demand across wholesale, B2B and retail channels into FY27.
• Continued cost discipline, with advertising and marketing expenditure (OPEX)
down 31% quarter-on-quarter.
• Retail price increases implemented across all channels from late May 2026 to
offset higher raw material input costs, with the full margin benefit expected to
be realised progressively through FY27.
2
• With diversified revenue streams, a strengthened retail base, and growing
traction in higher-value channels, The Calmer Co. enters FY27 focused on
executing its growth plan and progressing toward cash flow breakeven.
CEO Zane Yoshida, said,
“The June quarter demonstrated the growing strength of our diversified channel strategy,
with Australian Retail revenue increasing 24% quarter-on-quarter to approximately
$780,000. This performance was supported by improved supply execution, recently
implemented price increases and Fiji Kava®
’s continued leadership within the Coles stress
category.
Wholesale and B2B revenue reflected the timing of customer orders following increased
shipments in the March quarter. Importantly, the Company continues to see growing
interest across higher-value kava ingredients and international B2B markets, providing a
strong pipeline of opportunities entering FY27.
We also maintained a disciplined focus on cash management, with customer receipts
increasing 15% quarter-on-quarter to $1.88 million, net operating cash outflows improving
by 9%, and advertising and marketing expenditure reducing by 31%.
The Calmer Co. enters FY27 with a strengthened retail base, diversified revenue streams
and inventory positioned to support future demand. Our focus remains on executing our
growth strategy, improving operating leverage and progressing the Company toward cash
flow breakeven.”
3
Financial Overview
In Q4 FY26, The Calmer Co. reported revenue of $1.72 million. Retail revenue grew 24%
quarter-on-quarter, led by continued strength in Coles.
Net operating cash outflows for the quarter were $802,000, representing a 9%
improvement quarter-on-quarter, reflecting higher cash collections and continued cost
discipline.
Cash receipts from customers totalled $1.88 million, an increase of 15% quarter-on-
quarter. Inventory (including prepaid) was maintained at $1.5 million at quarter end,
positioned to support expected demand across wholesale, B2B and retail channels into
FY27.
Advertising and marketing expenditure (OPEX) decreased by a further 31% quarter-on-
quarter, reflecting a continued targeted approach to spend. Staff costs were $351,000 for
the quarter, with the Company maintaining its focus on cost management as it scales.
Cash on hand was $633,000 at quarter end, with the movement during the quarter
primarily reflecting net operating cash outflows of $802,000. The Company is progressing
additional inventory financing arrangements to support growing wholesale sales channel.
Over the preceding two quarters, the Company’s net operating cash outflows have been
affected by higher raw material input costs, principally reflecting increases in the cost of
kava sourced for the Group’s product range. Under the Company’s retail pricing
arrangements, which are subject to price-parity considerations with major grocery
partners, these higher input costs could not be recovered through pricing until a retail
price increase took effect across Coles from late May 2026. As a result, only a partial-
quarter benefit was captured in Q4 FY26, with the full margin benefit expected to be
realised progressively from FY27. In parallel, the Company has implemented price
increases across all sales channels and secured additional regional supply arrangements
to help mitigate raw material cost increases in the Fijian market. Together, these
measures are expected to support improved gross margins and a reduction in the
Company’s net operating cash outflow as they take full effect during FY27.
Overall, the quarter reflects continued execution of the Company’s strategy to increase
exposure to wholesale and B2B channels, while maintaining cost discipline and managing
working capital as the business scales.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 4.7C.3, the Company advises that $31k was paid in
directors’ fees during Q4 FY26.

Sales Analysis
Total Group Sales
Q4 FY26 reflects a rebalancing of revenue mix
toward retail, with strong growth in the Coles
grocery channel offsetting the inter-quarter
timing of wholesale orders. Group sales for Q4
FY26 totalled $1.72 million, compared with $1.96
million in the prior quarter, which had benefited
from elevated wholesale shipments. Retail
revenue increased 24% quarter-on-quarter and
Australian revenue rose 22%, while wholesale
revenue of $305,740 reflected the cyclical
ordering patterns established with B2B partners
during FY26.
Australia
Sales in Australia reached $965,922 for the quarter, representing approximately 56% of
Group revenue. Performance was driven by continued strength in the Coles grocery
channel, where Fiji Kava®
150g and 50g Instant Kava products remain leading SKUs within
the stress category.
The quarter sales combined with the confirmed ranging (Q2 FY27) of Fiji Kava®
FZZR™
flavoured effervescent range, demonstrates growing consumer acceptance of kava within
mainstream retail and the continuing expansion of the category across Australia.
United States
United States revenue totalled $695,536 for the quarter, representing 41% of total Group
revenue. Wholesale revenue, which totalled $305,740 for the quarter (Q3 FY26: $645,783),
with approximately 76% of wholesale sales generated in the United States, reflected the
effect of the cyclical ordering patterns of the Company’s current wholesale and B2B
partners in that market.
The United States remains a key market for the Group across e-commerce and wholesale
channels, with retail distribution not yet commenced but an agreement confirmed with a
US based brokerage to help establish initial footprint in the US.
Fiji
Sales in Fiji contributed approximately 3% of total quarterly revenue, primarily through
tourism-related retail channels. While modest in absolute terms, this channel continues to
5
play an important role in brand visibility, provenance storytelling, and domestic market
awareness.
By Channel
E-Commerce
E-commerce revenue totalled $630,692,
representing approximately 37% of Group
revenue. Amazon USA remained the primary
contributor, generating $457,133 in sales,
supported by continued demand across both Fiji
Kava®
and Taki Mai®
product ranges.
Direct-to-consumer revenue of $173,559 was
supported by ongoing investment in digital
marketing, content development and website
optimisation across Australian and U.S. platforms.
Retail
Retail revenue increased 24% quarter-on-quarter
to $779,879, making retail the Group’s largest sales channel for the quarter and
contributing approximately 45% of total revenue.
Growth was driven by continued strength in the Coles grocery channel, with Fiji Kava®
maintaining category-leading positions and demonstrating increasing consumer adoption
of kava products within mainstream retail. A price changes was also implemented across
both major retailers and mirrored across the online space.
Wholesale
Wholesale revenue was $305,740 for the quarter, representing approximately 18% of
Group revenue. The channel continues to benefit from demand for both traditional kava
ingredients and high-potency CO₂ extracts, with repeated orders from partners including
IMCD and U.S.-based beverage manufacturers through the quarter.
The continued expansion of this channel is central to the Company’s strategy to improve
margins, scale volumes, and build a more predictable revenue base.
6
By Format
Kava Powder
Kava powder remained the primary revenue
contributor across all channels in Q4 FY26,
accounting for approximately 80% of total
Group sales.
Sales were supported by continued demand
across retail, e-commerce and wholesale
channels, with broad product availability
maintained during the period.
Kava Extracts
Kava extracts represented approximately
16% of total revenue in Q4 FY26, moderating from 21% in the prior quarter, due to the
increased retail activity. The rapid growth in the Company’s B2B ingredient platform
reflects the focus on this higher-value format, supporting margin expansion and
improved earnings quality over time.
Medicinal Products
Medicinal-format products, including tablets and capsules, are sold in the United States
and Fiji and contributed approximately 1% of total Group revenue in Q4 FY26.
These products form part of the Company’s broader product portfolio within regulated
formats.
Ready-to-Drink (RTD)
Ready-to-drink products, including Taki Mai®
kava shots, were distributed through
Amazon USA and direct-to-consumer channels during the quarter. RTD products
contributed approximately 2% of total Group revenue in Q4 FY26.
